[ Bothering his Prince is one of his ritualistic habits, but never so early in the morning. That's typically because Gino isn't up so early in the morning, if he can help it. He's a late sleeper by nature, even if his upbringing and his duties have never really enabled him to do much of it. That's not to say he's not a morning person—he just prefers to sleep in like a fatass if he has a choice.
Not today, though. He's been at work thanks to a fire breakout in the Knightmare Frame hangar, where he played amateur fireman and got a wicked little scald on the heel of his hand after the fact for leaning up against the heated metal of the Tristan. Anybody could have warned him not to do that, but nobody did (because nobody thought he'd be dumb enough to need it). In all, though, no real damage was done, but all the Frames needed to be taken out for flight inspection, just to be sure.
By the time he gets back from that late night escapade it's five in the morning and he fully intends to give Lelouch his report, as is standard procedure—informally, of course, by going to his room to tell him all about it, in great detail, using all his excellent skills as a storyteller, rather than his poor ones as a debriefer. He doesn't bother to knock, he just tries the knob and lets himself in, sweeping his cape out of his way as he closes the door behind him.
It takes him about half a second to realize that Lelouch isn't up yet (how odd), but that doesn't stop him from clapping his hands (ouch, forgot about the burn) and whistling under his breath. ]
Lelouuuuuch, wake up! Don't you know it isn't proper to sleep later than your subordinates?!
[ That's a good joke. He's been up since 2 in the morning. ]

[He gives a cursory squirm, not really fighting it but determined to at least make himself comfortable. Lelouch already knows he can't fight it, so he might as well just try and make it simply bearable instead. As long as he's not nibbling or making stupid fluster-inducing comments like that, he has few complaints.]

[ He does nuzzle into his collarbone a little, but that and the deathgrip bear hug are all seems to be inclined to torture him with. For now.
Looking up. ]
Besides, it's just an itty bitty one. You can hardly even see it.

[With that, he stops squirming, deciding he might as well sacrifice a little dignity for direct physical comfort. After all if he were more in the mood, he might have quite enjoyed the contact. Gino's hugs are generally overbearing, but they're also quite satisfying when the moment is right. Which, needless to say, it is currently not the right moment.]
Warn me next time, at the very least.

[ He is fully intent on nuzzling that right out of him, giving the peak of his shoulder an inobtrusive peck, the de-gloved hand around him loosening up on its death cling in favor of rubbing his back in a placating sort of way. ]
no subject
[Which, frankly, he can't muster much frustration with. He already knows this behavior with him all too well.]
Honestly.

[ He even turns just slightly onto his back in fake submission and everything. Still not letting go, though. ]

[Whatever, it just pulls him forward. And annoyances aside, he's certainly going to appreciate being atop the blond. After all, now he can. Crush him. You know. With his tremendous weight.
... look, he can try, okay?]
no subject
[ Oh, well. He. Fully invites you to try, Lelouch, in a figurative sense and also in the sense that when he looks up and realizes what he's done by moving that way, he gets that look.
Y'know. That look. The brilliant thousand-watt smile that is just so radiant and lovely but also downright fucking despicable. One leg bends slightly underneath Lelouch and tilts to the side, trying to maneuver him over without using his hands. ]

And you call yourself my knight even with bones so brittle? What a disgrace.

[ Excellent, he's pleased. He still isn't touching him, but he's very visibly pleased. It's pretty ridiculous that he's laying there saying he's traumatized with a smile that wide on his face, but that's one of his charms and talents. ]

[... y'know what, this is actually pretty comfortable. Don't mind the pointy chin, because he's going to be gently resting it on Gino's chest now.]
no subject
No actually he just lays there with his arms draped up over his head, watching Lelouch make himself comfy. After a moment he raises one of his legs up just a little higher. ]
How's the view from your throne?
no subject
[He shifts a little, cheeks flushing darker. He's fairly sure it's not a thing he'll ever get over. Not with Gino especially, but the blond just makes everything that much more embarrassing, so.]
Could be better.

You can always change the landscaping if it's not up to your liking.
